Senior Economist Nataliia Kolesnichenko will be responsible for research on government policy towards business.

Creating favourable conditions for doing business, attracting investment, and ultimately ensuring a level playing field for everyone are crucial factors in the country’s economic development.

From 2015 to 2025, Nataliia served as Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis Division in the Monetary Policy Department of the National Bank of Ukraine, where she worked on macro- and microeconomic analysis. She holds a PhD in Economics.

Senior Researcher Iryna Ippolitova will focus on human capital development, particularly migration and the labour market.

CES priorities in human capital policy include bringing Ukrainian refugees back home, aligning the workforce with market needs, increasing citizens’ economic activity, and strengthening human capital through quality education and healthcare.

From 2017 to 2025, Iryna studied the Ukrainian IT community at DOU.ua. Earlier, from 2004 to 2014, she progressed from Junior Researcher to Chief Methodologist at the research company GfK Ukraine.
