The Orlando Magic signed guard Johnell Davis to an Exhibit 10 contract. The Magic waived forward Justin Minaya to make room for Davis. Minaya had previously been signed to an Exhibit 10 deal.

Davis went undrafted out of Arkansas. As a senior for the Razorbacks, the 6-foot-4 averaged 12 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game. Before transferring to Arkansas, Davis spent four years at Florida Atlantic and led the Owls to the 2023 Final Four.

Both Davis and Minaya are expected to join the Osceola Magic for the upcoming G League season.
