Brandon Clarke is set to have an arthroscopic procedure to address knee synovitis, the Memphis Grizzlies announced on Friday.
Clarke, who suffered the injury during offseason training, will be re-evaluated in six weeks.
Clarke is expected to make a fully recovery.
The Grizzlies also announced that Zach Edey and Jaron Jackson Jr. were cleared to ramp up their basketball activity.
Edey is expected to miss another six-to-nine weeks with an ankle injury, with Jackson to return in four-to-six weeks with a toe injury.
