• Occupancy: 65.4% (-1.1%)
• Average daily rate (ADR): US$155.09 (-0.2%)
• Revenue per available room (RevPAR): US$101.38 (-1.3%)

The 4-week average of the occupancy rate is tracking behind last year and the median rate for the period 2000 through 2024 (Blue).
Note: Y-axis doesn’t start at zero to better show the seasonal change.
The 4-week average will decrease seasonally until the Fall travel period.
On a year-to-date basis, the only worse years for occupancy over the last 25 years were pandemic or recession years.
