The Cultural Human Resource Council (CHRC) is pleased to announce that a new Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) tool is now available to the cultural sector.
Created with the help of Ontario Arts Council funding through the Cross-Sectoral Recovery Roundtable (CSRR) project, this new HR Management Toolkit responds to the need and requests for readily accessible resources on the subject of IDEA.
Through HR Management Toolkit Belonging, CHRC and CSRR project participants aim to:

Enhance knowledge on IDEA;

Strengthen board and management commitment to IDEA;

Share IDEA services, tools and resources.
CHRC encourages leaders, managers, and all stakeholders across the cultural sector to download a free copy of Belonging.
