The Atlanta Hawks have agreed to acquire Kristaps Porzingis from the Boston Celtics in a three-team trade also involving the Brooklyn Nets. The Hawks will also acquire a second roudn pick, while the Nets will receive Terance Mann and the No. 22 pick via Atlanta. The National Hurricane Center said Andrea will start to dissipate Tuesday night before being completely gone by Wednesday. Tropical Storm Andrea, the first named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season, formed in the central Atlantic Ocean on Tuesday morning, and is expected to dissipate starting Tuesday night. Salem, Ore. – Grant makers offering more than $5 million in funding for FY2024 will participate in the Cultural Trust’s 2023 “Conversations with Funders” from Feb. 28 through March 16. The seven-stop series of informal information sessions – with one virtual session scheduled for March 1 – will inform grant seekers about funding programs available with the opportunity to discuss their projects and programming. Brussels – The Transport and Tourism Committee of the European Parliament has once again demanded the right of air passengers to board with a carry-on bag without paying an extra fee, after the 27 agreed this month to negotiate that this free allowance be limited to luggage that fits under the seat, such as backpacks, handbags, or laptop cases.
