That’s EJ Antoni, who has not a single peer-reviewed paper.
Dr. Antoni’s replacement of the previous Center for Data Analysis director is mentioned by National Review. As far as I know, he replaces Kevin Dayaratna (whose Heritage webpage has been sanitized). Dr. Dayaratna has several peer reviewed papers on the CDA webpageas well as several working papers.
As noted in an earlier post, Dr. Antoni has no peer reviewed papers; his only “paper” is this one, coauthored with Peter St. Onge, and contains results completely irreproducible (see my analysis here).
Dr. Antoni is also Chief Economist for Truflation.
Dr. Antoni’s dissertation is online. In chapter 3, he mistakenly interprets a regression coefficient as being economically small, when it’s actually in line with other estimates, because he forgot what units the LHS and relevant RHS variables were measured in. I will give him credit for providing the summary statistics for Chapter 3 variables analyzed. I will not excuse him for not paying attention to the entries:
